                       Summary Annual Report For Health and Welfare Plans
             For Wabash Memorial Hospital Association Health Insurance Plans

This is a summary of the annual report of the Wabash Memorial Hospital Association, 37-0806462 for the Health Insurance and Welfare Plan for the year ended December 31, 2006. The annual report has been filed with the Employee Benefits Security Administration, as required under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Wabash Memorial Hospital Association has committed itself to pay certain hospital, surgical and dental claims incurred under the terms of the plan.
Basic Financial Statement: The value of plan assets, after subtracting liabilities of the plan, was $4,660,403 as of December 31, 2006, compared to $3,022,486 as of January 1, 2006. During the plan year, the plan experienced a increase in its net assets of $1,637,917. This increase includes unrealized appreciation or depreciation in the value of plan assets; that is, the difference between the value of the plan's assets at the end of the year and the value of the assets at the beginning of the year or the cost of assets acquired during the year. During the plan year, the plan had total income of $15,323,694. This included employee contributions of $5,277,952, employer contributions of $7,649,654, reimbursement payments of $1,820,703 income from investments of $247,055, and unrealized gains on investments of $328,330. Plan expenses were $13,685,777. These expenses included $439,199 in administrative expenses, $685,134 in Clinic operations, $11,811,257 in benefits paid to participants and beneficiaries, and $750,187 for fees paid to preferred provider organizations.
